Probably at the polar opposite of Port Moresby in terms of settings and mood, Aparri looks at the world of excesses and stability from the perspective of people who have neither. Once able to walk down to any corner to get food, these people are left to scavenge the wastes in a desperate struggle for survival. What keeps them going is their trust in each other and the hope that help will eventually arrive.
